Vegan Suits for Port Melbourne clients

The process is the same as any tailored suit: two fittings and in-house adjustments.

A vegan suit avoids wool, silk and other animal-derived materials, in the cloth and in the trims.

Linen and lightweight wool are popular choices for Port Melbourne weddings and long summer evenings.

From the inner south, Richmond is a short drive or tram connection away.

Most Port Melbourne clients make the 5 km trip to 214 Bridge Road twice: once to design and measure, once for the second fitting.

We also see plenty of clients from nearby Albert Park, South Melbourne and Middle Park.

Port Melbourne sits in the City of Port Phillip area, postcode 3207.

We don't hand your garment over until you're happy with the fit. Any adjustments are made by our in-house tailor.

Vegan Suits questions

Which fabrics are vegan?

Cottons, linens and suitable synthetic and plant-based cloths. We will show you the current range at your fitting.

Are the trims vegan too?

We will confirm lining, buttons and other trims with you so the whole garment is animal-free.

Do vegan suits look different?

A well-chosen vegan cloth can look as sharp as any suit. We will help you choose.

Is the fitting process the same?

Yes. Two fittings and in-house adjustments.

How many fittings will I need?

Usually two. The first (about 45 minutes) covers design, fabric and measurements. The second happens when the garment arrives, and any final adjustments are made in-house, usually within a week.

What if the fit is not right at the second fitting?

We do not hand your garment over until you are happy with the fit. Our in-house tailor makes the adjustments.

Do you keep my measurements?

Yes. Measurements, patterns and alteration notes are kept on file, which makes repeat orders faster and usually removes the need for multiple fittings.
