Tuxedos for Seddon clients
If you attend black-tie events regularly, owning a tuxedo cut for you is often more practical than relying on hire.
Black tie leaves little room for compromise. A tailored tuxedo gives you clean lines, the right trouser length and a jacket that sits properly all evening.
Seddon clients often want tailoring with personality: textured cloths, softer shoulders and interesting linings.
Western suburbs clients usually plan one visit for design and measurements, then return for the second fitting.
Most Seddon clients make the 9 km trip to 214 Bridge Road twice: once to design and measure, once for the second fitting.
Neighbours in Yarraville, Footscray and Kensington often come in together for group and wedding orders.
We see clients from across City of Maribyrnong, including Seddon (3011).
We don't hand your garment over until you're happy with the fit. Any adjustments are made by our in-house tailor.

Tuxedos questions
Which lapel should I choose?
Shawl and peak lapels are the classic black-tie choices; a notch lapel is more relaxed. We will show you how each looks on you.
Can I get a midnight navy tuxedo?
Yes. Midnight navy and black are both traditional, and we can show you other cloths too.
Do you make tuxedo shirts?
Yes. Dress shirts are made to your measurements as well.
Can the groom wear a tuxedo and groomsmen wear suits?
Yes. We can coordinate cloths and details so the group looks considered.
How much will it cost?
Every order is quoted individually because the fabric, style and number of pieces change the price. Send your details and we will come back with a custom quote. The final price is confirmed after your details are checked.
How long does a custom garment take?
A suit typically takes 3 to 4 weeks to make and shirts 2 to 3 weeks. If you need it for a specific date, tell us at your first fitting and we will confirm whether the timeline works.
Do you hire suits?
No. We do not offer suit hire. Every garment is made for the person who wears it.
